It was an excellent stay, incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable place. Came here for 7 nights with my kids, everything was good. The location was magnificent in communial areas and the staff here was very welcoming and exceptionally kind. The service was excellent and the food was reasonably priced!

1st class hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location is prime in need of updating to look in keeping with everything else. Really nice experience and fairly friendly staff. Great-sized and newly renovated room, very comfy bed, private parking. Fast check in and good service overall. The pool is nice and relaxing too.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay within a vacation. Stayed in recently renovated superior king studio with TV and 2 toilets. Had great and quiet location on grassy area, a short walk to Liverpool Central Library.
The staff were really bad, didn't expect that coming.

There where little games and blackout curtains in the room, really enjoyed that. The team provided a brilliant service. Plus, I was able to park the car on-site. Marvellous and lovely location, the stuff were kind.

This place was ideal for our purposes, 100% recommend. The stay here was brilliant for this September 2017 and 2018. The location was prime in a very relaxing area, just off a lovely beach, and the best restaurants. Moreover, there was a memorial park, located very close to the hotel. The breakfast deal was amazing with waffles and good coffee, as for instance.
Although everything was nice, some of the staff were extremely bad.

The location was peaceful, just a walking distance from Kalamaki Beach. The staff were incredibly kind and pleasant, gave us great tips. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner, we ordered hot dishes.
